IndieWeb Carnival: A love letter

This months IndieWeb carnival (and my first ever submission to it) is all about spreading the love. While there are so many deserving recipients of love in my life, for this topic, I'm choosing to point it directly to all of my friends.

All of you. Past, present, future

You've all had (or will have) an impact on my life in some way, shape, or form. Positive, and, in some cases, negative. There's no hard feelings one way or another. I am who I am because of my family and you're all a part of that; blood's not the only criteria for membership.

I treasure the myriad of different facets that each of your friendships creates in my life. Each one is unique to the rest. There are friends that listen, friends that talk, partying friends, gaming friends, online friends (distinct from the gaming ones), friends of other friends. Friends who have supported me through the fallout of a tough breakup, friends that I've supported through a tough breakup, friends that have taught me about their hobbies and interests, and friends that have helped me discover other aspects of myself; helped me evolve into someone with a new facet to my life. I hope that my presence contributes in a positive way to yours, in turn.

In conclusion

You all fill my deficiencies, bring joy to my life, and over the course of our lives together, have helped me grow into the well-rounded person that I am today (in my own opinion). Thank you, I love each and every one of you dearly.
